Edward Broseker, Jr., who has no fixed address, has been identified by investigators as the person killed overnight by a driver who fled the scene in Glen Burnie.
According to a spokesperson from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, officers were called to the area of Ritchie Highway at the on-ramp of the interstate, where there were reports of a man down in the roadway after being struck by a driver.
Upon arrival, first responders found Broseker, who was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Anne Arundel Fire Department.
No witnesses have been identified, and no details about the driver or possible vehicle have been released.
